NAMKETA is an independent, bilingual media platform for bold ideas, unapologetic commentary, and unfiltered truth.
We speak in both English and French — not to translate, but to confront reality across borders.
We are not left. We are not right. We are independent thinkers with a sharp edge and a clear voice. Whether we’re analyzing U.S. elections, global power shifts, African governance, or social taboos — we call it like we see it.
What We Do
At NAMKETA, we don’t sugarcoat. We write and speak to challenge, question, and disrupt. We publish:
- News that connects events to deeper structures — politics, identity, power
- Opinions that take a stand, provoke thought, and refuse to conform
- Commentary that’s rooted in facts but never afraid of controversy
- Reportages that tell what’s really happening — beyond headlines
- Bilingual analysis, because we speak to the world, not just one corner of it
From American campuses to Sahel security crises, from cultural censorship to global elitism, we go there.
Our Origins
NAMKETA began as a podcast — ParcoursAtypique / Atypical Journey — sharing powerful life stories of resilience, ambition, and reinvention.
But today, NAMKETA is more than a podcast. It’s a media platform, a voice, and a vision.
We still believe in stories. But now, we also tell the truth behind the headlines, and say the things others are too polite or too afraid to say.
About the Founder
Namketa is a communicator, storyteller, and rising media voice unafraid to speak hard truths. Based in New York, she brings a bold, global lens shaped by her West African heritage and a life lived across borders: cultural, professional, and personal.
With a background in communications, media, and public engagement, she has worked across sectors: from health and advocacy to entrepreneurship and international commentary. Her early experience as a television host on a culturally influential talk show sharpened her voice: direct, thoughtful, and unafraid to challenge assumptions.
She is the creator of ParcoursAtypique / Atypical Journey, a podcast turned platform that centers real stories of reinvention, ambition, and complexity. But today, her mission goes further.
Through NAMKETA, she expands her voice, offering political commentary, cultural critique, and opinion journalism across U.S., African, and global issues. Her style is clear: no ideological labels, no sugarcoating, no safe talking points.
Namketa is not just a listener. She is a challenger of systems, narratives, and conventions. She speaks for those who see through the noise, who question both the mainstream and the status quo, and who aren’t afraid of standing alone to stand for truth.
Whether you’re rebuilding, questioning, or rethinking the world, she invites you to tune in and speak out. Because not all journeys follow the script. And not all voices wait for permission.
